CYNTHIA N. SASS
Cynthia Sass has been invited to participate as the Employee Speaker in a panel discussion of Basics of Litigating Front Pay, Compensatory and Punitive Damages Claims at the 9th Annual Section of Labor and Employment Law Conference of the American Bar Association in November of 2015 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The panelists will discuss the nuts and bolts of proving and defending against claims for front pay, compensatory and punitive damages in discrimination and retaliation cases, including the types of fact discovery needed, the use of medical, vocational and other expert witnesses, tips on presenting these claims and defenses to the jury and dealing with post-trial motions on damages. The panel will also discuss strategies on whether to bifurcate punitive damages. |
